Yesterday I did a windows update but things have changed and I cannot download any photos – in fact, when I search for the Camera I cant see it as a separate drive.
I followed the new prompts by pressing the windows symbol and then photos – but the program searches for photos but cant locate the camera so it only finds photos that have already been downloaded to the laptop.
