A little more complicated actually. I’ve had no problems for a adobe photoshop cc 2019 not opening free of months since I installed High Sierra, but Photoshop refused to open today.

I thought I might as well update it so I installed CC It won’t open either. Neither version will. I tried to restart my computer opeening it says that Photoshop CC is preventing shut down, even after I force-quit it. Perhaps I made a mistake in allowing it to keep preferences rree the older version. But http://replace.me/18939.txt can I do now to get out of this situation?

I have a fix, try to open Photoshop then open task manager (Click on the windows icon and type in “task manager”) then in task manager it. Close Adobe Photoshop, if running · Delete Extension: · Delete Plug-in and Generator folder – Go to /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC /Plug-ins.

Photoshop stopped opening on my PC, after working like a dream for almost two weeks. I’d not updated my OS or the program itself, so nothing has changed in the software environment. I receive no error messages, photoshop simply does not open or even start. Nothing happens.
