When I use the Add In tab in the Revit One box it works but its defaulting to the American server and not giving me the option to pick the Europe server which I need which is why I was trying to update the Add In. You wouldn’t have any other solution would you, My I. T Department are struggling with this hence why I have put the problem onto this forum, one person mentioned that I might have the American imperial version of one box and that is why it taking me to the American server in Glue could this be an option.
Thank you for your reply. I am using the same version you have, with all in one Revit. Unfortunately, if your IT department is using a particular deployment method, I think you should also ask them to help with the updates.
I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Revit Apparently this would be the solution, unless your IT department has restricted your permissions and the process is affected by this. So, maybe you could ask your IT specialists in the office to help us with installing the updates, uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in on your machine?
