Some speakers and headphones end up registering as two different devices. They might register as both a speaker and as a headset. Select your device and check to see if the stuttering goes away. Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. Hi David – not really sure. I always run ‘the updates’ when it asks though. Either windows updates or updates via the IBM app for drivers. If you somehow got switched to handsfree mode, then the audio quality will be much worse since some of the bluetooth bandwidth will be taken up for the microphone.
