I meant when I had set the server up I just installed the base R2 install and then installed FM15 server – I didn’t do any updates. I’ll do the updates and reinstall. So it doesn’t look like putting the clients and server on the same switch has solved it for the FM11 server. The FM15 server has been fine so far.
One thing I did notice with the FM11 server is that it there is a Bonjour error in the event log: GetLargeResourceRecord: opt optlen 8 wrong would this be an issue? I am also wondering if a background app might be the cause like dropbox so I have stopped all background apps.
