It says that if I revert I will loose apps and things after upgrade. Did you see any loss of data? That’s unfortunate but at least you have the rest of the log to use to test other hypotheses with. For example, can you find out what that Exception code: 0xC really was? Then you could turn off all filters and find out what led to it. Alternatively, just to hunt for more diagnostics try filtering with Operation Is WriteFile then use the Count Occurrences tool on the Path field that that subset produced.
